Terrafix Geosynthetics Inc, acquiert Geosynthetic Systems<\/strong><\/h5>\n

Terrafix Geosynthetics, une filiale \u00e0 part enti\u00e8re de Leggett and Platt, a acquis Geosynthetics Systems, une entreprise bas\u00e9e \u00e0 Ottawa. Geosynthetic Systems se sp\u00e9cialise dans la distribution de produits utilis\u00e9s pour le contr\u00f4le de l’\u00e9rosion et des s\u00e9diments, le drainage et la gestion des eaux pluviales, la construction, les syst\u00e8mes de gabions, les murs artificiels et l’am\u00e9nagement paysager.<\/p>\n

Geosynthetic Systems a \u00e9t\u00e9 fond\u00e9 par Peter Mulrooney, un entrepreneur qui a acquis son exp\u00e9rience dans les secteurs du b\u00e9ton, du pavage, de la construction et de l’am\u00e9nagement paysager<\/a>. Actuellement, l’entreprise est g\u00e9r\u00e9e par Kelly Mulrooney et sa s\u0153ur Sue Windover. Kelly et Sue continueront \u00e0 diriger les op\u00e9rations au niveau local.<\/p>\n
